Lots of our classes are available for to join online.

Want to attend a class but can’t make it? We can record the class for you and you can practice in your own time at your pace.

*make sure you select the livestream version of the class when booking. The recording will then be sent to you if you don’t attend live.
*please note there are some classes that are in person only.

A 6 week block of family yoga with Emily ✨

Join this fun yoga class designed for both kids and their carer to learn yoga through play. We will build weekly on familiar postures and songs, plus add a little variety to keep it interesting. We will share breath awareness, movement, singing and our family friendly meditation.
Come with an open heart to meet new friends.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that encourages stillness and the art of letting go. In these calming sessions, you’ll be guided to slow down, release tension and develop a deeper connection with your body. Most poses are floor-based and held for longer periods, allowing time to truly settle in. With clear, thoughtful instruction, this practice is suitable for all levels—whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced. Yin invites you to soften, stay, and simply be.

We have 2 yin classes available:

Thursday yin with Simon at 7.30pm
Friday yin with Lizzy at 6.15pm

Every Thursday you can join Kate for morning meditation and then a vinyasa flow at 7.30am.

We are running at a reduced timetable over the festive period with some of your regular teachers away others will cover their classes. Please check momo for teacher details.

The festive period can be a stressful time for some, so we hope our classes can offer you a bit of calm. If you can’t join in person you can join online ✨

Normal timetable will resume on the 5th January ✨

Kakasana - crow pose.

The first arm balance most yogis learn. The trick is to try lift your hips high to get a good placement of the knees on the upper arms.

If you’re learning this pose- place some cushions in front to soften your fall if you tilt too far forward!.

We will be holding a arm balance workshop in the new year where we will look at this pose ✌️
