Restorative ~ a therapeutic style of yoga where we hold poses for longer allowing the mind and body to restore and find balance. The perfect way to reset after a busy week.

Somatics and breath work for women with Amanda ~Learn Somatic Movements that are science and heart-based. This is a whole body approach for self-healing and many people experience immediate and long lasting results. Move and feel better in your body and mind.

Vinyasa with Sacha~ a strong vinyasa flow with some opportunities to try some more advanced postures, a welcoming and fun class

Candlelit Vinyasa with Kate~ a yin/yang style class with a dynamic flow followed by some restorative yin style poses. Flow by candlelight, the perfect Monday wind down with a dreamy playlist

We love nothing more than holding space for everyone , but as a small business we sometimes have to make the call to cancel.
