This general-level class is designed to build full-body strength, with emphasis on deep core engagement. We’ll fire up the muscles that stabilize your pelvis and lower back, helping to improve posture, balance, and joint happiness. Expect to challenge your mobility while leaving class feeling energised, lengthened, and deeply connected to your body.
