Being by water has such a calming effect on the nervous system – it slows the heart rate, settles the mind, and brings us back into the here and now.

For me, there’s something about sitting by the sea that just makes everything feel lighter. The sound of the waves, the cool stones under my hands, the salty air filling my lungs…..I find it throughly relaxing - even on the wild days!

It doesn’t have to be complicated – just sitting, listening, breathing. Sometimes that’s all the reset we need. 🌊

And sharing it with my bestest boy. Even if he did photobomb this video!

Summer’s been full-on, hasn’t it?
Between holidays, kids off school, and the general busy-ness, it’s easy to forget your own body in the mix.

Now things are settling again, it’s a lovely time to press pause. A massage can help you let go of the tension you’ve been carrying, give your nervous system a reset, and help you feel more like you again.

A beautiful few days at retreat. It was so special to be there and treat all of her wonderful guests to facials (using gorgeous products) and massages.

If you are looking for a wholesome, friendly , heartfelt retreat then I urge you to check Rosie out. She creates a space that is powerful, profound, transformative, and leaves us all feeling throughly whole - and I feel this while I’m working! She’s an absolute angel!

I worked late last night and this was the colour of the sky as I finished my last massage. Beautiful evening sunshine filtering through the windows and turning my room golden orange. Absolutely gorgeous! 💛🧡❤️

Its nearly my favourite time of year ✨🍂 costal walks, leaves under foot, and hot chocolates in front of the fire!
