Hotel Meudon’s iconic Monterey cypress fell during Thursday’s storm, along with a few other beautiful trees in the gardens. There are still roads blocked from fallen trees, and homes without power and water. I’ve never seen anything quite like this.

Mother nature flexing her power is astonishing, and scary.

And thats a wrap! My last massages of 2025 finished today. Thank you all so, so much for all your support this year. To everyone who has booked a massage, liked a post or shared to their stories, and who has told their friends about me. I am so, so grateful (it brings tears to my eyes!)

Thank you all so very very much for making my 2025 a very wonderful one. Thank you to for bringing magic to my treatments with your beautiful oils, and to for such a beautiful setting - a walk through the gardens down to the beach never fails to impress!

I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and I hope that you have a lovely time bringing in the New Year. I’ll be at home snuggled up with my dogs watching movies and eating pizza!

30 seconds of calm from the beach at Hotel Meudon
Its easy to get caught up in the busyness of what December usually brings so here is 30 seconds from Bream Cove with its beautiful evening light and gentle sounds of waves crashing on stones.
I definitely needed this moment at the end of the day to ground me back in my body before I do some Christmas shopping tomorrow!

December at a glance. I don’t know about you but my December diary is already filling up fast with Christmasy bits, so keeping things simple is a must!
Here’s an easy-to-read overview of my available days during December.
My final appointments before Christmas will be on Monday 22nd December, and I’ll be reopening for a limited number of appointments on Sunday 28th December.
I’ll be open Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th as normal.

Please note:
Appointments on Sunday 28th are DM/Email only — they won’t be listed on the website.

If you’d like to book in some pre-Christmas calm or a post-holiday reset, just drop me a message.

I keep coming back to this phrase, Modern Day Convalescence. The importance of setting time aside for ourselves so that we can heal, recover, pause, rest, unwind, ground, feel better, slow down, recenter. The Victorians and Edwardians were definitely on to something when they took time out to recover. I love that actually all these wonderful words describe how we feel after a massage. Massage therapy offers a slice of convalescence rest 💛

With the temperature dropping it feels like a good time to offer a 30 min back & shoulder Hot Stone Massage. If like me you’ve been wearing a scarf and raising your shoulders to keep your neck warm, then this might be for you!
A perfect massage for soothing aching muscles, easing deep knots, improving circulation, and giving your nervous system a chance to exhale….not to mention how wonderful it feels to be warmed up from the heat from the stones.

To book simply select a 30 min back and shoulder massage and add a note that you want to upgrade to Hot Stone (don’t forget to do this or the stones won’t be ready when you arrive ☺️)
