I’ll miss the evening glow from the sun now the clocks have changed. Glorious golden rays pouring in through the windows in the late afternoon filling both my massage room and waiting room in the most beautiful warm colours was a delight at the end of the day.

Summer time hours are back on the menu, and I’m so grateful for the evening sun. Squeezing a little more out of each day. This evening I got home at 7pm and walked my dogs in the sunshine. Gorgeous!

Ahhhhh what a wonderful evening that was for my first Wellness Evening with . Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who came along and learnt all about the wonderful ethics, and science behind the amazing skin care range.
Thank you so much and .hhussey for your time, knowledge, support, wisdom……and giggles! Truly grateful to you both 💛
And the wonderful staff, Jack and Jess, at for looking after us all so well.

Lighter evenings, and bird song. Nothing beats this right now!

I’m looking forward to it being warm enough to have the window open and we can listen to the birds during massages.
Until then I will enjoy listening to the dusk chorus as I leave work.

Reflexology, for when tired feet need a little extra TLC.

For those of you who have already experienced this wonderful treatment, you’ll know how much I love it.

It’s more than a massage on your feet.

Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that views the feet as a mirror of the whole body.

In reflexology, we read the feet and work the reflex points to understand where tension is being held, helping to restore flow, calm the nervous system, and create space for the body to heal.

For me, my body responds so strongly with reflexology - its the switch that quietens my mind and allows my body to rest in a way that massage doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE receiving a massage, but reflexology is the deep re-set for me.

Enjoy a lovely soothing foot soak, using bath salt, before your treatment too!

I’ve been thinking and deliberating on changing my work hours for a little while now and something feels right for me to now change my work schedule.

From now, my regular hours will be Monday to Friday 10am–6pm. This change is to create a rhythm that feels more balanced and supportive for me, and in turn, for the care I offer you.

“Can I get an appointment outside of these times, specifically on a weekend??” I hear you ask. I’m always happy to have that conversation so please do drop me a message if you want a weekend treatment, or retreat massages, or a home visit for a group and we’ll see what’s possible together.

Hotel Meudon’s iconic Monterey cypress fell during Thursday’s storm, along with a few other beautiful trees in the gardens. There are still roads blocked from fallen trees, and homes without power and water. I’ve never seen anything quite like this.

Mother nature flexing her power is astonishing, and scary.
