I am so excited to now be offering my massage services in such a lovely community space. Each of my treatments is completely bespoke to you, taking into account what you would like to get out of the treatment, as well as looking through an Ayurvedic lens into what you may need. The Wellness Hub offers a perfect setting for this exchange, and I cannot wait to see you all melt into this beautiful, warm space.

🌊✨🪸🐚 Jala symbolises the water element in Sanskrit 🐚🌊🪸✨

The water has consistently proven to be my most profound teacher in both massage and yoga, informing every aspect of my practice. I have learnt to embody fluidity and adaptability to meet each individuals needs as well as my own, mirroring water’s ability to effortlessly embrace its surroundings.

As nature’s ultimate healer, water masters the polarity of strength and softness, finding harmony in its ebb and flow, balancing effort with ease. Water calls us to cultivate presence, to transition from the mind to the body, to intuitively discern the medicine required in each moment to flow through life’s currents. I constantly return to the water to remind me how I can better embody it's qualities, to serve others and flow through life with more ease.
