Active Plus: Learn how veterans are inspiring confidence, motivation, and resilience in the community.

Sober Sea Swimmers: Discover the power of the sea to promote wellbeing, joy, and strength within a supportive sober community.

Penryn Memory Café: Supporting those with memory loss and their carers through connection, activities, and enhanced wellbeing.

This event is free and open to everyone 💪💚

Did you know that we offered Body Oriented Psychotherapy and Somatic Body Oriented Coaching.
These sessions are for those curious to understand their whole selves, as a bodymind. Through focusing on bodily sensations and present-moment awareness, we notice unconscious habits shaped by past experiences and find forward movement from being with our unique, rich inner resources. New insights are fostered through gentle, playful, self-discovery. Thriving is supported by integrating these for a healthier, more joyful existence.
