Good news! (for some!) I've decided to continue my sports massage / soft tissue practice (in a change to the advertised programme 😀). As the end of May drew near I realised it wasn't in line with my values and what I want to do for people.

So - Sports massage and remedial soft tissue treatments (yes, the ones that aren't so comfortable) continue, treating aches and pains, maintenance for sport (or gardening) and treatments for specific pain or restriction will continue as normal, sessions priced at £45.

And ..... I will continue to offer the relaxation experience - blissful yet thorough deep tissue massage available for either 45, 60 or 90 minutes (£45, £55 or £80)

Happy New Year everyone! I am looking forward to starting training soon - a tailored course for a body-conscious couple so thought I'd reshare the Intro course content.

Please get in touch for more info - courses can be tailored to your level and experience but are suitable for complete beginners too.

I'm so pleased to be getting a lot of interest in this training, and lots of questions about formats, content etc.

The one-day intro course (poster below) will run on Sundays throughout the winter and spring - this course is for four students (two at a slightly increased cost).

If you require something a bit more flexible or tailored please get in touch - I work with pairs or individuals covering specific techniques, anatomy, sports-based work and self-treatment techniques too. All courses are very hands-on with ample demonstration and time for practice.

I'm branching out! This winter I will be offering this one day workshop in sports massage; learn to massage with a partner or friend, maximum four participants (one couch per pair) so plenty of practice time. Learn the basic strokes, the main muscles and how to find them and get an insight into what causes our everyday aches and pains.

Well it's been a while .... life (and business) has been brisk! My new location is working really well and clients are loving the peaceful treatment space and dedicated parking away from the madding crowds!

I have been lucky enough to be fully booked for quite some time now but at the moment have some capacity for new clients, if you've been thinking about a treatment or have someone to recommend please drop me a line and we'll take it from there!

It's nearly time!

I'm leaving St Michael's after 3 years, I'm so incredibly grateful for all the support the team here have given me from my start up in Cornwall and through the Pandemic with all its challenges, I have really felt part of the family here.

But .... now it's time to move on and I'm very excited to be starting working at the Wellness Hub on 30th November, a dedicated therapy clinic in a peaceful setting, I hope to see many of you there over the years to come.

Evening all!

Just a quick update to say business is brisk (thank you all) at St Michael's - I'm loving being back to working most days now and have appointments available throughout the day so it's (mainly) easier to get booked in.

I'm still wearing full PPE as previously (doing my best "second surgical extra from Holby city" impression) and asking you all to continue to wear a facecovering for the time being.
