Three new clients had mid programme reports today. All have hit or exceeded their expectations.
-1st client - goal - lose weight & increase strength- result - 5% body fat drop and 4kg Bodyweight loss in just two weeks plus increased fitness and strength, 100% increase on squats and row variations.
-2nd client goal - increase lean muscle and strength - result - 40% strength increase on marker lifts (deadlift and bench press) 6.8kg body weight increase and a 0.75% drop in body fat on an already lean build.
-3rd client - goal - improve fitness, nutrition and conditioning - result - strength up 20-25% across all lifts, 1% drop in body fat% from an already impressive athlete level starting point which is hard to do and a more balanced nutritional focus.

Great spin session with Falmouth university this morning. Awesome bunch putting everything into it, kcal targets hit, speed targets hit and resistance climbs hit. Good work guys! Enjoy your weekend.
