Welcome to my Story which will hopefully share some of my passion and life-time dedication to holistic healing and beauty therapy.
I specialise in balancing beauty and healing complementary therapies. Proactive -positive ageing electro treatments supported by biology and science. I have been working and studying in this incredible sector for over 20 years. My treatments offer excellent results, relaxation and well being. My passion is energy resonant healing work and natural beauty therapy. As a wife and a mum of four children, I understand the pressures and concerns of being a woman in 2020 and the absolute need for some peace, relaxation and me time. My aim is to offer you an escape and relief from the stress and tension of modern day living, somewhere that you can have a treatment and also find a friendly person happy to welcome you kindly and listen to you. To help you feel good about yourself and project this with confidence.
My skills nicely combine to encourage self- confidence and self-healing as well as the immediate benefits of the treatment itself. Any knowledge I have gained through my studies and experience is there to be shared.
About me...
My interest in complementary health and energy work began as a teenager, having suffered with depression (and offered prescription Prozac at 12 from my family Dr!) low self- esteem (bad skin) and a lack of belonging. My dad who idolised became very ill. I was rebellious and lacked direction with no positive belief in the possibilities of my life. So I tried to take my own life at 12 years old. I struggled for years with my self esteem but found a lifeline in clubs and dancing, I could escape from the mundane that was my reality and I felt connected. Years later I realised that these highs, these feeling of connection and ecstasy could be experienced through tapping into the energy.. the universal life force that connects everything and everyone.
With a much needed turn to the light when I was offered an apprenticeship in Health & Beauty therapy. I qualified in Health, Beauty and electro therapy and soon became manager of a 3 beauty treatment room salon and solarium in Westbourne, Bournemouth, where I became an advanced skincare practitioner, specialising in non-surgical electro and high end custom facials (hello great skin!).
Naturally drawn to the healing arts of aromatherapy, massage and chakra balancing, I soon qualified in many complementary therapies, often combining them within one session for a unique treatment with great feedback from clients and real results. It was when I experienced the transformative and awakening 1st degree Reiki that I first felt a natural but extremely powerful connection and a true self healing and self- acceptance. That was over 20 years ago and I have been on my Reiki journey ever since. Now I am a practicing Master level 3 offering one on one sessions and Reiki Attunements, everyone is able to use this natural energy system, it is for everyone.
Going on to establish The Greenroom and Spa days at Meyrick Park Golf and health Club for seven years, I again focused on advanced skin care and also gained much experience and knowledge with pressure and deep tissue massage working within the gym and Spa environment and alongside wonderful personal trainers, physiotherapists. chiropractors and therapists. This time was also spent studying and qualifying with a Distinction in Reflexology with the incredibly talented Theresa Rich. I continued working alongside having my first child and then another beautiful daughter arrived and my husband’s work took us to the South of France where we lived and enjoyed the sunshine.
Our life was sadly changed with the shock and sudden loss of my mum due to an undetected spread of a returning melanoma, which I believe was caused by a combination of her love of a deep sun tan and the negligence of our medical system. We returned to the UK and I needed to understand the anatomy and science of the human body to a greater depth. I completed an Access to medical and health course and due to achieving distinctions was unexpectedly offered a scholarship to study biology at University.
My skills and knowledge have been continuously updated through out this journey and include Human anatomy, cellular biology, specialist fertility reflexology skills, treatments for pregnancy and my Reiki Masters degree.

Encouraging a natural alternative to chemicals and invasive treatments, I provide gentle, effective beauty and complementary therapies including Reflexology, Reiki, head, body and scalp massage, Aromatherapy, Crystal healing, Chakra balancing, Hot stone and bamboo massage, natural nail-care for hands and feet with manicures and pedicures, facials and skin-care, make-up, tinting and hair removal (waxing and electrolysis).
My Electrotherapy skills include 20 years of Micro-current facial toning and lifting experience to achieve healthier, tighter and more toned facial muscles with clearer skin and improved texture. Specific areas can be targeted or a full face and neck treatment. Electrolysis to remove individual unwanted hair from the face and body using the Sterex blend method.
