Something I always say to my clients is:
remember to be kind to yourself. 🧡
We are often our biggest critics, and that can come from many places. We all do it. And I know it is not always easy to remember to be kind to ourselves. However, I want to remind you that we can also love ourselves.
We can have fun with ourselves.
We can be proud of ourselves.
And we can celebrate all of our wins, no matter how small.
I am dedicated to becoming my biggest cheerleader. I no longer choose to put myself down. There is enough shame, abandonment, criticism, and judgement in the world, I don’t want to add more to it.
If this resonates, I would highly recommend going to see a holistic practitioner that aligns with you, and beginning to unpick the patterns we learn that make us feel less than, unworthy, or like we can’t or shouldn’t be seen or heard.
The reason I suggest this is because, through working with support, it can become easier to be kinder to ourselves. We can begin to reprogram the beliefs we hold about ourselves.
I have done a lot of inner work to get to where I am now, and I know it can be hard to remember sometimes. This is why support can be so powerful.
And sometimes, we can gently notice when we are caught in these patterns of self-criticism, and choose to come back to kindness again.
The way to change the world is through ourselves, and that starts by being kinder to yourself.
Heal your heart, and it will ripple into all of our hearts. We are more connected than we realise.
You are doing an amazing job, keep going.
And if there is one way to start a journey of self-love, it is through inner healing. Whether that is kinesiology or any other form of holistic wellbeing that suits you.
All you have to do is begin.
And say: I am no longer willing to put myself down, shame myself, belittle myself, or judge myself.
Today I choose to show up for myself in ways I could have never imagined.
I am my biggest ally. I trust myself deeply, and I love who I am, exactly as I am.
For I am whole and complete, just as I am.
