We are looking forward to attending this event 😀

We’re EXTREMELY excited to finally announce our first ever Sunrise Cornwall CIC Open Day, taking place on Saturday 16th May at the beautiful The Arborist Cafe at Killiow Estate (the old golf driving range) in Playing Place, just outside Truro, from 10am - 6pm.

The day will also bring together a range of fantastic local mental health organisations, creating an opportunity for people to learn more about the support available within our community. While the event will have a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, there will also be opportunities for supportive conversations and signposting with the teams from each organisation.

Throughout the day you’ll have the chance to experience a taste of some of the events, workshops and activities that Sunrise Cornwall CIC offer to adults affected by su***de with workshops from Drums4fun CIC, Survive and Revive, Arts and Crafts, Yoga, Walks and so much more. There will also be live music (from 4pm).

We hope you can join us to learn more about the support we provide for adults affected by loss through su***de. Why not make a day of it and enjoy the wonderful selection of food and drink available at the Arborist Café too?

The day is FAMILY FRIENDLY and completely FREE to attend, we'll be releasing more details very soon so keep your eyes peeled 💛

NB. Well behaved Dogs welcome, but MUST be kept on leads at all times due to roaming deer within the Estate.

Today we had a collaboration walk with Men Walking and Talking Penzance.
We met at Cape Cornwall and walked along the coast path to Botallack and back. It was great to meet you all and I look forward to our next walk.

This evenings walk was in memory to the partner of one of the guys who walks with us. She sadly passed away at the weekend and will be greatly missed. She was a lovely lady and would do anything for anyone.
