Today’s a very special day – Frank turns 100!
He had a surprise visitor this morning, Alan Knight, former Pompey goalkeeper and now the Club Ambassador. They had a great chat about the good old days, and Alan brought Frank a personalised football shirt from the club – such a lovely gesture! Thank you Portsmouth Football Club

With the heat gearing up yesterday, we are all about hydration here at Carleen, homemade fruit kebabs and sparkling flavoured water.

Today has been all about the feet!
The warm water and massage in a foot spa can stimulate blood flow to the feet and lower legs, which can be beneficial for people with poor circulation.
