We would like to thank all the families and staff for yet another fantastic Easter celebration at Carleen. All the residents enjoyed a visit from the Easter Bunny.
We have enjoyed home baked treats, eggs and an Easter Quiz.

Today we said goodbye to Julie as she retires after nearly 20 years working in our kitchen. She’s been a valued part of the team for a long time, always reliable and hardworking, and we’ll certainly notice her absence. Julie is looking forward to spending more time travelling and making the most of her caravan, which sounds like a well-earned plan. We wish her all the best for a happy and relaxing retirement.

Today was the Christmas party, filled with festive cheer and laughter. Everyone enjoyed the excitement of the raffle and the celebration was made even more special by Lindsey’s wonderful singing, which brought the holiday spirit to life.

A.G. Staplefords & Sons brought their Musical Organ to Carleen on 14th December along with some treats for the residents.

Remember remember the 5th of November, this week we held a family quiz on Guy Fawkes, we arranged for everyone to enjoy a nice tasty treat from Soothills bakery. We would like to thank all the family members who attended, it was a lovely afternoon.

Once again, the Carleen family have come together for our annual fireworks display, we really do appreciate everyone taking time to come and join in, we would like to thank Pete for his time this evening setting off the fireworks display, everyone enjoyed the evening with hot chocolate and mince pies.
