I know I've been very quiet on socials, but that is a story for another day.

Right now, I am in need of your help.

On Sunday 29th June I will be completing an abseil down the Spinnaker Tower to help raise funds for two wonderful charities and

♥️ Happy Valentine's Day ♥️

Today has been a beautiful one, started with a client having a blended session of facial reflexology followed by foot reflexology...... absolute bliss 💆🏼‍♀️👣🧘🏼‍♀️

And now, things are about to get all smooshy, but if I can't declare this on Valentine's Day, then when can I eh?

This is a confession, to all those who are part of my life that have made a positive impact.....Happy Valentine's Day to you, you will always hold a piece of my heart ♥️

You've allowed me many things, including

🪩 YOU ARE THE DISCO BALL! 🪩

What a way to end the week, I'm working with my client whilst she rests during her reflexology session and I look up and I'm met with a disco ball.

It makes me think, that, most of us are like the disco ball.
Sometimes through life we feel like loads of little broken pieces of glass.

But put those pieces together and you get a thing of beauty.

Better still, shine a light on it and you've got yourself a party.

You are NOT broken, you are a disco ball!!!

9 months in 9 months out 🤩👣

I have had the great pleasure of supporting my client through her pregnancy with maternity focussed reflexology, working specific reflex points aimed to help with relaxation, reducing pregnancy symptoms and allowing time to bond with her baby....yes during treatments babies do like to kick......a lot 🥰🤰🏼

And now, 9 months on, I get to enjoy watching her continue to love her reflexology sessions little her little one by her side.

Always timed correctly, he drifts away into his naps cradled by his relaxed mummy.

As we know our little humans grow so quickly, so moments like this are to be cherished.

Thank you for letting me be part of this 👣

What a fabulous way to end the week ♥️

I need to check in my osteopath every now and then, to realign this crinkle cut bod of mine and it is such a wave of relief..... and I gotta love the floaty feeling when everything is flowing as it should.

I see Ed Adams at the location pictured above, he is excellent and helps not just by contorting by misaligned body but also giving exercises specific for my problem points.
Check out the website if you're suffering with those niggling aches and pains that just won't go away, one of the team will be able to help.

Then this afternoon whilst treating my client, this curious cat Alfie curled himself up on his mum and became calm cat.

Animal therapy is incredibly important and I will never turn away a pet that wants to be part of the calm environment created.
They feel it as much as we do.

After returning from my morning client, she mentioned how well she had slept last night, potentially due to a magnesium supplement she had taken and it reminded me of this lovely little page detailing the importance of quality sleep in the recent issue of

If you're feeling groggy in the mornings or throughout the day, it may be an imbalance and looking at your sleep quality would be a great place to start making improvements.

If you are looking to take supplements, please research thoroughly and always consult your GP if you have any doubts.

On a final note.....

This particular client has described that her body is 'fizzing' after each session, giving her a much needed boost to get things done 🤩

Kids deposited at school and now.....officially ......

So not quite back to providing relaxing therapies just yet......an inset day was destined instead.

So to contine getting outside in nature we took some advice whilst walking round the Forest of Bere.

It may have been cold, but everything the body needs, running through mud, building dens, getting lost, listening to the sound of the trees, and catching the sun where we can.
Don't know about the kids, but I'll sleep well tonight 😴

So tomorrow is official back to therapies day.
