We’ve just received save face platinum status 🥰

We have been fully assessed to be safe and compliant by save face.
Save face is a government recognised body who assess clinics. It has a register for patients to check to ensure the clinic they use has been checked and is safe.

Good morning,

We have now added a £30 booking fee when booking online for new patients for all services including consultations.
This is for new patients only.
We have needed to do this due to new people booking in and not letting us know if they couldn’t make it.

For current patients, we don’t need a deposit and we remain flexible on changes.
Thank you for letting us know when you can’t make an appointment, it helps us to offer it to somebody waiting 😊
