Hello everyone! I wanted to share a personal story about how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) made a huge difference for me recently.

Earlier this week, I experienced a dreadful stomach ache. It's not something I suffer from often, so it caught me off guard. I was leaving my niece's place and had a 10-minute drive home, and I was feeling really uncomfortable.

I decided to use EFT, even though I was driving and couldn't physically tap. Instead, I went through the tapping sequence in my mind, focusing on the pain in my tummy and saying the words that felt right for me for about 5 or 6 minutes. By the time I got home, my pain was 90% gone, and within another 10 minutes, it had completely disappeared.

This experience was a powerful reminder of how effective EFT can be, even when done mentally. The mind-body connection is truly remarkable, and tapping techniques can provide quick and effective relief from discomfort.
