How can we effectively communicate our needs to partners, family, or even doctors if we're not entirely sure what's happening within our own bodies? This underscores the urgent need for better education about women's health, not just about menopause, but throughout our lives. Knowledge is power, and when women understand their bodies, they are better equipped to navigate these changes and advocate for their well-being.
