Here, community isn’t just a word — it’s a lifeline. We look out for each other the way family would. We remind each other of medications, laugh at stories we’ve already heard, and sit quietly together on the hard days. We celebrate victories big and small: a good physio session, a letter in the post, another birthday candle bravely blown out.
