Bibble&Bubble offer online and face to face training and we also offer the following one to one and group sessions. Baby Massage and relaxation classes and Baby Yoga Classes in Whiteley, Copner and Denmead. Yoga and mindfulness classes are also available online and in primary schools across Hampshire. Bibble&Bubble have over 25 years experience and have vast training and experience with babies, families and children.

We’re so excited to finally share this with you 🤍

Lucy and I are taking over the lease of this beautiful wellness space in Fareham, and it will soon be home to Manor Wellness ✨

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be launching our Manor Wellness social pages and gradually introducing the services we’ll be offering within the centre. Our vision is to create a calm, supportive space focused on true wellbeing — for every stage of life.

✨ Our therapy room will offer holistic treatments including reflexology and aromatherapy, led by some truly wonderful therapists
✨ We’re also creating a lovely yoga studio, with hopes to offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes
✨ We’ll be offering therapy and support for teenagers and new parents
✨ Alongside this, we’re excited to be opening the space up for additional therapists to join the Manor Wellness team

We feel incredibly grateful to be taking this next step together and can’t wait to welcome both new and existing clients into this wonderful space.

✨ Hello, I’m Megan De Kok ✨

I’m the founder of Bibble & Bubble, which I established in 2010 with a strong ethos of supporting new parents and families.

I’m a trained nursery nurse, therapist and psychotherapist, and my work began in South London, where I supported school-aged parents to care for their babies while helping them re-integrate into education. I worked closely with young mums — some as young as 13 — focusing on building confidence, self-esteem and helping them see a hopeful future.

Alongside this, I worked with health teams, social services and within child protection, and was involved in setting up support groups for postnatal depression and anxiety.

After moving to Hampshire, I worked as a Family Support Worker for Hampshire County Council before going on to fully establish Bibble & Bubble.

Today, Bibble & Bubble offers classes for new parents, alongside being a training school supporting health professionals who work with families. I also work privately and within state education, supporting new parents and children in a creative, compassionate and individual way.

I’m proud to now have Sam as part of the Bibble & Bubble team, leading our toddler yoga classes, as our support for families across Hampshire continues to grow 🤍

Our Story

Private developmental baby massage and movement and baby yoga and postnatal yoga classes in Hampshire. Group sessions can be found in Southampton, Whiteley, Botley, Hedge End and Gosport but private home visits are also available.

Bibble&Bubble branches are also in Southampton, Wi******er and Alton, Romsey and Totton and Petersfield and Chichester and we also have a branch in Portsmouth and Southsea and look to expand further in 2018

Bibble&Bubble was founded 9 years ago by Megan De Kok who is a specialist in the area of child development and has spent over 25 years working with babies’ and young children and has a real love and passion for bringing classes to parents and babies.

Megan is a Baby and Children’s yoga teacher and has considerable training in the area of childcare and yoga she is also a qualified Nursery Nurse and Baby Massage teacher and has further training and qualifications in the area of child development.
