Hey everyone!

I've been MIA for a bit, and I want to share why. I’ve just recovered from ocular cellulitis, a serious infection that affects the eye—similar to how cellulitis can impact our lower limbs. Both conditions involve painful swelling and redness and can become dangerous if not treated quickly.

For those with added health challenges like diabetes, the risk of complications and slower recovery is higher, whether it's our eyes or legs.

I'm on the mend and so grateful for all your support! If you're managing a condition like diabetes, please take extra care to catch these infections early. I’ll be sharing some pics of my recovery process.

If you need help with checking your feet, reaching to cut your nails, dry between your toes or any general foot care, please reach out to me. If you need urgent medical care, please reach out to 999 or 111.

What can I say about this amazing human’s feet… no words are needed. All can be seen in these before and after pictures. My patient was so fearful of having someone look at her feet, but she’s put her trust in me to help her through her journey of healing, we’re not finished yet, but we have achieved so much already. This lovely lady was so nervous about seeing me. After a period of ill health, she’s fighting hard on her journey to recovery. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to help her on her first tentative steps towards this and we will have an intensive appointment schedule until we get her feet back to their full potential. Then we will have regular 8 week appointments to maintain their condition once we have achieved this. Thanks you for trusting me on your journey 🦶🏻❤️
