With several bank holidays coming up over the coming weeks our thoughts often drift towards small home improvements or even larger projects, as well as getting our gardens ‘Summer Ready’

So if you’re planning painting fences, or garden rooms, digging, pruning, hoeing, planting OR painting ceilings, walls and skirting boards - all of these tasks will take it’s toll on your body, often leaving you with stiff, sore, aching back, neck and joints.

To help ease any discomfort I recommend you take a lovely soak in the bath with a generous amount of medical grade Epsom Salts.
