Dear all,

As the year comes to a close, I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you. Your trust, commitment, and support throughout the year have truly meant so much to me. I simply couldn’t have done it without you.

It has been a privilege to share this journey with you through yoga and bodywork, and I am deeply grateful for the energy, openness, and care you bring into the space.

I wish you all a peaceful Christmas, and a healthy, abundant 2026 filled with ease, balance, and wellbeing. I look forward to seeing you again in the New Year and continuing our work together.

A gentle reminder that yoga classes will restart on Monday 5th January.

Thank you again for being part of this community.

Much love,
Victoria xx

She died in the portal to the winter solstice.

My senses remember the darkness of that time —
the shortening days, the heavy air, and the darkness I felt inside my own body.

I remember the journey to her bedside that day, the rain falling heavy and steady, the road wrapped in shadow. It matched what I felt in my soul.

In the back seat of a taxi from Hampshire to Essex I began reaching out for support and it came in the form of a Celtic death prayer, spoken over her in the hours before she died and in the days that followed.

When her life support was turned off,
the surge of light that moved through her body was unmistakable. It was enough to reassure me that she wasn’t ending — she was moving on.

Francis Weller teaches that grief is not something to get over or be medicated away, but something that needs space, ritual, and relationship.

That grief belongs not only to the heart,
but to the body, the season, the land, and the ancestors.

My womb remembers this moment.
Not as repression.
Not as something frozen or pushed away.
But as memory held with love.

The womb carries lineage, yes —
but it also carries truth.

It knows when something has been witnessed fully.

It’s been three years since she passed. The grief has softened, but the love hasn’t thinned.

I carry her quietly now —
not as weight, but as warmth.

Mum, I love you and miss you ❤️

Here are five boundaries that guide how I support clients in womb & fertility massage work.

These boundaries aren’t limitations — they’re what make the work safe, ethical and sustainable.

Womb work asks for vulnerability, sensitivity and deep listening.

Clear boundaries help me stay present without overreaching, rescuing, or rushing a process that unfolds in its own time.

They allow clients to remain sovereign in their bodies.

They protect the nervous system.

And they ensure this work is rooted in respect — for the body, the lineage, and the moment someone is in.

Boundaries are what let womb care be steady rather than performative, and supportive rather than invasive.

If you’re curious about working together, these are the principles that guide every session I offer.

Booking now from 5th January onwards.

Winter is the season of deep rest, softening, and turning inward — but come the end of January, as Imbolc approaches, we’ll begin to feel the first whispers of light returning.
A gentle stirring beneath the surface.
Not quite blooming, but preparing… sensing the readiness to emerge.

Join me Sunday 25th January, 3–5pm for Winter Cocoon —a nurturing space to honour this threshold between wintering and awakening.

A moment to feel into your roots, to gather energy in the body, to prepare for the slow unfurling of spring. ✨

Our two hours together will include:

🕊 1 hour grounding yoga — settling, warming the body, awakening energy gently

💤 30 min yoga nidra — slipping into the cocoon of deep rest + inner listening

☕🍰 tea + cake to close — community, sweetness, connection

Imbolc reminds us that new life forms quietly in the dark.

We do not rush.
We prepare.
We tend the spark within so it may grow into flame when the time is right.

If you’re craving reconnection, softness, or a moment to feel your own emerging — this space is for you.

I love my job! ❤️ (definitely not the social media part 😅or the admin or the accounting… you get the idea) Basically, I just love instructing yoga with these incredible women every week.

When I relocated here from Surrey — literally right before lockdown — I had to restart my business all over again from scratch. It’s been such a journey, and honestly there were times I wasn’t sure I’d get back to this place.

But now… a full class of amazing women every week. 🙏 You all show up, even when life’s messy and busy and full on, and I’m just so, so thankful for that.

This community means everything to me. Thank you for being part of it 💫
