Here are our top sick day tips 👇

😴 Rest! Give your body the TLC it deserves
🎢 Check your blood sugar levels more often. When you're ill, your blood sugar levels can go up and down
🧑‍⚕️ Talk to your healthcare team so you know what to do with your medication when unwell
🍴 If you struggle to keep food down , try eating or drinking little and often
