Congratulations to Abass! 👏

This month, we’re proud to celebrate Abass, our exceptional nurse, as Employee of the Month. His dedication, professionalism, and calm, focused approach make him a true asset to our team.

Abass is deeply knowledgeable, with an outstanding attention to detail that ensures the highest quality of care for our residents. He continually strives to be the best, never cutting corners, and always upholding the values of compassion, excellence, and respect.

His presence brings both reassurance and strength to our home — not only to the residents he supports, but also to his fellow colleagues, who voted for him in appreciation of his tireless work and commitment.

☀️🎶 Summer Joy and Togetherness at Peel House 🎶☀️

This week has been full of sunshine, creativity, and connection. Our residents joined hands with our incredible staff to craft beautiful sunflower-themed summer frames, filling the room with colour, laughter, and warm conversations.

We lifted spirits with singing, shared joyful moments with games on our interactive tablet, and, most importantly, enjoyed each other’s company in the most heartwarming way. 💛

At Peel House, it’s not just about the activities — it’s about the love, trust, and genuine bonds between our residents and staff. Every smile, every gentle touch, and every shared moment is a reminder of the beautiful family we’ve created here. 🌻

🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You to Maya 🌟

At Peel House, we are incredibly lucky to have people like Maya — whose kindness, dedication, and selflessness shine through in everything she does.

Maya has time and time again offered her help voluntarily, out of the pure goodness of her heart. Most recently, she stayed beyond her hours without being asked, simply because she saw where she was needed and chose to step in.

Her quiet acts of compassion, unwavering positivity, and willingness to go above and beyond make her a true example of exceptional teamwork and heart-led care. 💛

Thank you, Maya, for all that you do. You make a difference every day, and we are deeply grateful. 🌼

☀️🍔 Peel House Summer BBQ 2025 🍔☀️

What a truly beautiful Saturday we had at our Summer BBQ! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along — your presence made the day so special. The food was delicious, the sun shone just right, and the atmosphere was full of love, laughter, and community spirit. 🌼💛

We are absolutely overjoyed by the generosity shown through your raffle support and donations — together we raised just under £300 which will go directly towards enriching our residents’ activities! 🎨🎶🌿

From all of us at Peel House, thank you again for joining us. It was a pleasure spending such a warm and joyful afternoon with our residents, families, friends, and staff. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🥰

A truly heartwarming day with our favourite school children — laughter, learning, and love filled the air. We enjoyed our favourite quizzes on the giant tablet, sharing giggles and friendly competition across generations. Then it was out to the garden, where our flowers are in full bloom — vibrant, joyful, and just like the bonds we’re nurturing here at Peel House. These special visits remind us how meaningful intergenerational connection can be. The garden is more than a place — it’s a shared space of growth, colour, and happiness.
