KTWood - Holistic Support for you Experienced & qualified home help & befriending service for individuals looking for that extra every day care and support This is a new sole venture for me.

My name is Kayleigh, I have worked within the Health & Social Setting for over 10 years having developed a passion for the sector after supporting individuals within Educational Placements 5 years prior. I hold a Level 5 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification and have lead in several areas, the most recent being a Care Home Service within a local GP surgery. I have worked in Residential Care Homes, Domiciliary Services and Primary Care with an array of individuals leading to a unique level of skills & experience supporting individuals within the sector. Throughout my time working for others, it has become apparent that there is little support for individuals who require a little additional support but not a full (costly) care package larger organisations offer. I can offer as little as one 15 minute 'slot' to a full 5 hour 'day' support tailored to meet your needs, the aim being to support individuals to maintain independence or give a helping hand on tasks that get left due to difficulty completing them. A little about me, I have a wonderful family who live with me in Fareham. I enjoy being outdoors, walking my dog and being with friends and family. I also love a good book and making a difference to those around me.

The pay would be £15.00 per hour during standard working hours, with an enhanced rate for evenings and weekends. The role starts with a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase as the business grows. Driving will be essential!
