My visit to the Royal Institute Piccadilly to listen to a lecture on Cancer. Arrived early so wandered off to see the lights, didn’t have to walk far before changing upon Tiffany’s, Cartier, funky pushbike taxis and so much more. The Christmas lights looking superb.

Often we are taught to be cautious, this lessen holds us back.

What is there, out there to be cautious of, if our lives are plodding along with nothing really happening in them.

Sometimes we have have to take a leap of faith into the unknown to look around to adjust our lives.

At all ages from young to old changing limiting beliefs set on us from a very young age can literally move us into happiness, more confidence all without much effort.

The real reason for this, is we have inside us strength, courage, a fight for freedom, an overwhelming sense that there is more to life.

Around us we might already see different aspects of the good life, or the exceptional job, places to visit that you have only read about or seen on tv.

These are partly someone’s inspirations opening the very doors that we would like to open.
Working towards goals are like taking baby steps, with the odd fall, the getting back up but with the insight that every step is going forward towards the goal.
Keep going never give up, stop for tests to see how far you have come, hug yourself say “I love you, you have got this” know your on the right track…
