Thinking about ancient civilisations that have been found to live deep underground in spectacular dwellings using underground water wells and air vent shafts.
I have pondered the thought that these beings or people were possibly light bodies and found living above ground too intense for them. Perhaps their bodies were not suitable to the environment at the time or clashed with the tribes whom roamed the upper earth.

It seems strange that such advanced people built the most amazing structures to live in do deep underground and then topped them off with elaborate temples and or pyramids that we all can see above the surface.

Does any one else have any theories!
