Something that we believe should be everyday as 1 life lost to su***de is to many, this just happens to be the same day as our next men’s talk night this Wednesday

A friendly bunch of lads who will offer support and make you realise your never alone, we hope to see you 🤝

Following the August 4200k running challenge the lads raised an amazing £4,573 the amount of money to cover roughly 90 therapy sessions 👏🏻

One single session has the potential to save a man’s life 💙💙💙
