Meet Charise.
Co-Owner and CEO of OptimiseYou

Charise is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with over 5 years experience. Starting out with a BSc Hons in Equine Sports Therapy, Charise soon recognised the importance of rebalancing the rider in tune with their horse to optimise partnership performance. She went on to complete a level 3 Sports Massage Diploma, and started her career in a well establish clinic in West London. After gaining much valued experience, Charise made the decision to move back to her home county of Suffolk to start up her own mobile Sports Massage business. This has been running successfully since 2018, and in 2021 Charise moved to Fareham, Hampshire, bringing her services with her.
