A little snippet of life 🫶🏻

Some weeks you just don’t feel like yourself and that’s ok.

For me, being self employed, there’s this constant belief that you have to be at 100% all the time. You feel like you need to be constantly on, and always have everything figured out with business, training and personal life.

When you’re not hitting that unrealistic mark, the voice in your head starts saying: “You’re failing.”

Honestly, those were the exact thoughts bouncing around in my head this past week.

This is my gentle reminder to myself (and to you!)

🫶🏻 It is okay to slow down and take a breath.

🫶🏻 Everyone is on their own path, just because you’re on a different one doesn’t mean you’re failing

🫶🏻 You don’t have to have everything figured out right this second.

🫶🏻 Taking time to recharge is not a luxury; it’s a necessity that makes you feel so much better in the long run.

I feel incredibly lucky and grateful that I have an incredible network of family, friends, and clients who have listened, offered the best advice, and given me the space to share.

Your support has been my foundation this week. Thank you.

Dry Needling is used to release tensions and knots, which helps to decrease pain and improve mobility.

Hello and welcome to LivWellPT.

My name is a Olivia and I am a personal trainer and a clinical soft tissue and remedial massage therapist. I qualified as a personal trainer five years ago after experiencing my own lifestyle change and discovering a real passion for strength and conditioning and the benefits it brought to me both physically and mentally. Beyond my own interests, I am passionate about continuing to learn and expand my knowledge to ensure I am as up to date as possible with my credentials and best able to deliver my clients the quality of service they deserve.

I currently holds a BTEC/LSSM Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage which is the highest recognised massage qualification in the United Kingdom and enables her to work as fully insured Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage Therapist. Qualified to treat musculoskeletal conditions, complaints, injuries or dysfunction. Each treatment has a strong focus on postural correction, pelvic stability, functional movement, and injury prevention - and by combining a variety of advanced remedial methods – can effectively treat pain associated with both sports injuries and lifestyle factors.

Sport and fitness has always been a prominent part of my life; I grew up being a competitive netball player, playing up to premier and county level where I continues to play now. These experiences have given me the all-important understanding of the impact and stress training has on the body.
