✨ Exciting News ✨

I’m so happy to share that my evening yoga classes are returning 🎉

Classes will now run on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in Room 6 (our original cosy yoga space), starting on Tuesday 3rd March.

These classes are friendly, relaxed, and suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to stretch, move build strength, flexibility and unwind after the day.

💛 I’ve really missed our evening sessions and can’t wait to see some familiar faces again!

I’ve also recently started offering YouTube Live yoga sessions, which means you can now practice with me in real time from home. If you’d like to join a live class, keep an eye on my YouTube channel or just message me and I’ll happily send you the details.

For those of you who were in class today or Tuesday 🤍
This is a little bit more of a detailed explanation of the pose we practiced, so you can better understand what it’s doing in the body.

This shape works gently but deeply into the hips and can feel quite strong at first, especially if your hips are tight, so please know that it’s completely normal if it felt challenging.

I hope this helps 💛
Always listen to your body and take the version that feels right for you.

You may notice that when we pause and breathe here, the body begins to soften especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.

✨ Benefits

• Gently releases deep hip tension
• Improves hip mobility and flexibility
• Helps ease stiffness in the lower back
• Encourages relaxation and grounding
• Supports circulation around the hips and pelvis

This pose is especially helpful if you:
– sit a lot
– feel tight through the hips or glutes
– experience lower-back stiffness
– hold stress in the body

🌸 Options & reminders

• You can stay upright instead of folding forward
• Use blocks, cushions or folded blankets for support
• There is no need to force the shape
• Comfort always comes before depth

(Every body is different, especially hips, so this pose will look and feel different for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay.)
