Wishing you all a Happy New Year π
Having some time off over the festive period has allowed a moment to pause and simply reflect on making it through another long year. We have our ups and our downs, which can both feel incredibly overwhelming and joyous. It's important to embrace the wonderous joy as well as coping with the bad times, so you can make room for how you want to navigate the year ahead and set yourself some small challenges to keep your mind and body balanced as one, stood firmly with your feet upon the ground.
I'm thankful for everything that 2025 has given me, and it reminds me that while the last year has been good to me, I need to return that goodness to others in my community, as my incredibly kind Dad would have wanted.
Random Acts of Kindness started because of my Dad, being diagnosed with dementia. Both of my parents taught me how to give back and lift those on darkened days. He would be disappointed if we stopped our good work now.
Are you free to help me again this year and spread some joy in January?
Saturday 31st January, from 1pm until 3pm, we will be delivering Random Acts of Kindness to local people, and reminding them that light and hope are still here in our world to be seen and that dark days can be lifted with a little bit of kindness.
When communities come together, we are truly unstoppable! Thank you everyone for your support last year, my little business is still going.
