At Home Instead Fareham & Gosport, being an At-Home Helper is about more than just supporting with tasks — it’s about bringing joy, companionship and a helping hand when it’s needed most. From hanging out the washing to sharing a laugh in the garden, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients stay happy and independent at home.

We’re looking for dedicated At-Home Helpers to join our caring team.

The role involves:
✨ Home help such as light cleaning duties
✨ Domestic tasks like laundry and maintaining good standards around the home
✨ Companionship and meaningful conversation
✨ Assisting with appointments and leisure activities
✨ Supporting clients to access the community and enjoy activities around the home

A few must-haves:
📍 You live within PO12, PO13, PO14, PO15, PO16 or PO17
🚗 Full UK driving licence & your own car
🇬🇧 Full right to work in the UK
📅 Weekend availability
🔞 Must be over the age of 18

Successful candidates will be kind, caring, compassionate, with a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference every day.
