Happy belated Spring Equinox!🌓💫

Although I have been quiet for a while due to personal reasons, things have been changing for my business in the background….

I am so excited to launch my new website which was designed by the talented James Bampton. 🎉💫💕

The way I work has changed and evolved, as my path has changed so much since I first began ten years ago.

This week marks a new chapter.

Today brings our first eclipse of 2026 and the beginning of the Fire Horse Year. Everything is about to move quickly.

There are so many monumental astrological events unfolding right now, it is bound to shake things up in your life.

Today’s eclipse is powerful. It is a ring of fire eclipse in the revolutionary sign of Aquarius. Although it is only visible in Antarctica, its reverberations can be felt around the world.

It feels symbolic that this eclipse is visible in one of the most remote corners of the Earth. Aquarius is known to be “in exile” when the Sun is in this sign. It is the outsider, the visionary, the one who sees what others are not yet ready to see.

We need that kind of vision right now.

In just three days, we will experience one of the most impactful planetary connections of our lifetimes. Saturn, the planet of structure and reality, connects with boundaryless Neptune at zero degrees Aries, the birthplace of the zodiac.

As the foundations of our society feel like they are dissolving like quicksand, this conjunction is imploring us to imagine something better for our collective.

Saturn represents what is tangible and real. Neptune represents dreams and ideals. Together, they ask us to consider what kind of world we are building, and what we are willing to stand for.

And yet, this transition is not easy.

We are in a period of the unknown. Releasing what is no longer sustainable, while stepping into uncharted territory.

🎉✨Well 10 years a go I took a leap of faith and started my own business! 🎉💖

What a journey it has been!!

🌟Over the ten years I have changed from initially being Solent Hynotherapy and Counselling as counsellor and hypnotherapist …

💫Then to A Shining Light offering additional spiritual services such as Past Life Regression, Soul Realignment and various different types of Healing to name a few….

🌹The last name change to Philippa Rose as I became a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Mary Magdalene Priestess offering Kundalini Yoga classes and additional Goddess related services such as Sister Circles, Womb Rite, Magdalene Healing and Rose Reiki….

🎉So as I embark on the next decade I know my name is staying the same however as I am changing and evolving, my offerings will too.

💫Exciting changes are ahead from Retreats, Teaching Trainings, Soul Guidance readings and face to face sessions…

Thank you to the lovely ladies who came to my Kundalini Yoga and vision board workshop today!! 🙏💖🧘‍♀️

We started with a beautiful heart opening ❤️kriya and then a prosperity meditation ✨

As we had any cleared blocks we were in alignment allowing our inner intuition to flow and we had fun creating our vision boards. ✨💕😇

It was a magical astrology weekend too so perfectly timed to connect with the universe and all the magic. 💫

Excited to be back teaching tonight!
We did a beautiful kriya focus on laying our foundations to allow us to connect to our boundless essence. 😇🧘‍♀️

🤔Do you want to try yoga but not sure it’s for you? Think you have to have experience or think you need to be flexible?

🧘‍♀️The answer is Kundalini Yoga is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis and you don’t have to be flexible or fit.

🧘‍♀️Kundalini Yoga is ancient yoga which is often called the yoga of awareness. It allows you the opportunity to work with your body,
it helps calm the mind and connect with your soul.

🧘‍♀️The movements are somatic and gentle, all can be adapted for different issues such as bad backs, knees etc You work with your own body and your needs.

🧘‍♀️The class focus on a theme and involves, postures, breath work, meditation followed by relaxation. Sometimes it involves chanting too.

🧘‍♀️If you are feeling stressed or anxious, or wanting to do gentle exercise or learn how to meditate, then Kundalini Yoga can help. It helps you have deeper connection with your whole body, mind and soul.

🧘‍♀️I run a friendly and welcoming group, so come along and experience it for yourself.
