Massage isn't always about relieving aching muscles. Sometimes it is touch that is missing & needed. The importance of touch in this time of disconnection is real.

To some a massage may seem daunting as it usually involves removing clothing. Doing so & also discussing personal details can feel like a vulnerable position to be in. If that is something that you struggle with then you can always request to leave clothing on & anything shared with me as your therapist is always confidential.
