Did you know we offer taping and strapping for our clients?

Kinesiology tapes are used for a range of reasons including to:

🔹Improve blood flow (Woodward, Unnithan, & Hopkins, 2015).

🔹Reduce pain (Lee, Yi, & Lee, 2016).

🔹Prevent injuries (Woodward et al., 2015).

🔹Facilitate recovery (Woodward et al., 2015).

🔹Expand range of motion or flexibility (Farquharson & Greig, 2015; Lee et al.,2016).

🔹Increase strength and stability (Kim, Lee, Kim, & Lee, 2015)

🔹Enhance several other measures of athletic performance
(Kinesio University, 2016; Ward et al., 2014).

Prices are:

£15 for Taping and Strapping Session.

£5 extra during sports massage appointments.

We are really looking forward to welcoming you all back at GB Sports Massage!

So in anticipation for our return on the 27th July, here's all you need to know about how appointments will run, and the measures we're putting in place to keep me and you guys safe.

Key Notes:

📧 The consultation process (apart from physical assessment) will be done virtually via email prior to the appointment.

😷 Please wear a face mask to your appointment ( I can supply one if necessary).

🚗 Please wait in your car prior to your appointment, I shall ring you and greet you at door and take you straight through to the treatment room.

💷 we are still accepting cash payment, but we can offer cashless payment prior to the appointment if you wish.

After the Government announcement, allowing gyms to re-open from the 25th July. Our friends over at Mission Fitness UK have given us the all clear to get back to helping you guys achieve your goals!
