ROBERT CHARLES CRAWFORD

With quiet dignity Robert sadly passed away on Monday 14th July 2025 at Sobell House, with his beloved wife by his side. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Robert's funeral service has been arranged to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Tuesday 12th August 2025 at 11:00am.

Can we please ask that this message be shared in the usual manner in order to inform as many people as possible of Roberts recent passing and his upcoming funeral arrangements, thank you.

Please accept this rather inadequate note to thank you both so much for doing all the hard work of organising Rupert’s funeral.

I must start by once again saying how much all the family really appreciated, It was perfect in that it encapsulated all the best things of Rupert’s troubled life and, despite the various alterations that I put you through during the design, I now believe you totally when you said you enjoyed doing it, and how good you are!

Lee, your absolutely immaculate attention to detail over everything yesterday was hugely apparent and appreciated by us all, as I said to you sometimes one makes good decisions in life and this was definitely one of mine to come to J & B. You and your people were so sympathetic to the whole situation, for which I am most grateful.

And the above does not mean that I have, in any way forgotten the calm, helpful and understanding way for all that you did for Rupert from the moment that he died in Grove House. You are truly appreciated, thank you.
