From the 1st September I shall be working slightly differently. Due to a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows recently I am now going to be issuing invoices the weekend before appointments are due. These need to be paid before appointments, I operate a 48hr cancellation policy which means appointments cancelled within 48hrs of your appointment time will be charged in full. This included human, canine and equine treatments as well as dressage lessons. If payment has not been paid 48hrs before appointment it shall be deemed as not required and cancelled.
