Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Senior Care Assistant you be expected to:
Ensure that our clients are encouraged and supported to remain as independent and active as possible
Ensure all care given is based upon the individual care assessment for each client and that the care plan is administrated to the highest standard.
Maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to the latest guidance and best practice.
Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations, including those relating to cleaning materials with COSHH Regulations 1944.
Work closely with care coordinators to ensure the ongoing safety of our clients through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes.
Ensure and maintain excellent communication with both carers and clients.
Be expected to conduct and promote a caring and supportive environment for clients through high standards of professional practice.
Be required to be On-call on some weekdays and weekends.
You will be communicating with professionals such as nurses and services, occupational therapists, who are involved in providing care and support
Promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and professional appearance.

A role of a Live-in carer is so important to our clients, it helps them continue to live in their own homes and makes them feel safe and comfortable. You will be helping our service users with a load of everyday domestic tasks and offer support to remail living as independently as possible.

Finding the best staff members to join our team is vital.

A live-in carer joining our team must:

Have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
Be Fully trained
Be Passionate
Be Understanding
Be able to provide a high standard of person-centered care
Have proof of right to work
Have a full DBS
Have active listening skills and be good at communication

Have a caring nature

Your responsibility on daily basis will be :

We want our clients who have sadly passed away to shine one more time so we have decided that this will be our Vine tradition. Every year we will put the initials of our dearest and never forgotten clients on our Christmas tree to honor their life. After Christmas, we will create a dedicated honor wall so that they can remain a part of our company⭐
