New role available in Farnborough. 😁
The role of Community Health and Wellbeing Workers (CHWW) is a relatively new and innovative way of reaching people in the community who can sometimes be underserved in health and care services. This role aims to reach local people in their neighbourhood (i.e. at their front door) to promote equity of access to health and care services. The CHWW performs a variety of duties to improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve, and they support access to services. They play a significant role in identifying unmet needs and referring or signposting to appropriate services.

Testing is the only way to know if you have HIV. Most tests come back negative, but it's always better to know.
If you do get a positive result, it's important to know you can live a long and fulfilling life with HIV. There's support available to help you process the change and people on effective HIV treatment. Click here to read more or to order a test kit

SHARE YOUR VIEWS ON HOW WE CAN IMPROVE ACCESS TO GP PRACTICE SERVICES
We are currently working on the best way to develop and improve access to local GP practice services. Some of this work includes the best way patients can be offered GP practice service appointments outside of normal working hours (8am – 6:30pm). This may be referred to as “Enhanced Access”.
Your views are needed to help us shape the approach in your area.
