I feel a bit weird sharing reviews but it’s helpful if you’re unsure or on the fence about reflexology. It may encourage you to give it a try.

It might just be the thing that helps you feel good in body and mind 💫 It certainly was/is for me.

Hi! After 4 years here I thought it was time for an intro. Thanks to for the photo - working with Sarah is so fun.

I’m Louise (Lou to lots of people), Farnborough based Reflexologist of 3 years. I love what I do and the journey I’ve been on as I hope you can tell from this page. I treat clients from my home studio, or their home and at the Samson Centre for MS in Guildford.

Things I love…

Reflexology 👣
Sounds obvious by many of my clients are surprised to hear I have regular treatments myself. I’ve always benefited on a deep level from this ancient form of touch therapy and it’s important to be on the receiving end when you’re a practitioner, for your own benefit and for clients. I have other complementary therapies whenever I can too.

2. Yoga 🧘‍♀️
Apart from walking and dancing this is the only form of exercise I’ve ever been drawn to… if you also grew up hating PE and being un-sporty you’ll understand. There’s something about yoga… it makes you feel good, brings you back to your body, clears your mind and you can do it anywhere, any time. There’s no competition, just movement. This month I start Foundation Yoga Teacher Training, a decision I kind of surprised myself with… wish me luck!

3. Cats 🐈
This will not come as a surprise to any of my home visit clients who have cats or cats lurking in driveway when I’ve arrived 👀
