⭐️welcome and congratulations to Grace. She started on her netball journey in junior school and a couple of weeks ago absolutely smashed her England Netball Level 1 coaching qualification. Tomorrow is Tourette’s Awareness Day. Wear something green.

Tourette’s as it is something we live with every single day. There is so much stigma around Tourette’s and what it actually is. It’s not just noises and movements….there’s a lot more that lays beneath the surface, from anxiety through to fatigue.

Saturday I completed Trek26, a 26 mile walk around London for Alzheimer’s. It was one of the most organised events I have done. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenge. Thanks to Fiona, Kate and Nick for taking on this challenge together! We smashed it. Thanks to Russell for being patient with me and my training. My knee held up perfectly! And thank you to everyone else for you kind donations 🙂

Love a recommendation from an existing client. Someone on Facebook was asking for a Sports Massage Therapist as they’d had a knee replacement. A current client recommended me and I am now seeing the person seeking a therapist next week :)

Last little push from me!

On Saturday 17th May I am taking part in Trek 26 with 3 other friends. It is a 26 mile walk around London raising money for Alzheimer’s.

As most of you will know I had a Partial Knee Replacement in December 2023, so this will be a major challenge for me, but something I am looking forward to taking part in. Please see my Just Giving Link and donate where you can 🙂
