I had the pleasure of giving the first Reiki session of the New Year to Jenny 💜
This was her second session of receiving Reiki from myself .
I was able to align her chakras , paying particularly attention to her heart chakra as between us we felt that this was an area that needed some help and support.
Jenny told me afterwards that she saw “lots of pink and greens” .
The presence of these colours during a Reiki session suggests that this energy centre is being healed or balanced in all aspects of her life and in her relationships.
Ultimately, the experience is a positive indication that the Reiki energy is facilitating a deep sense of relaxation and working to harmonise her emotional and physical wellbeing 💜💜💜
