- १८ वर्षभन्दा माथि र निम्नमध्ये कुनै अवस्था भएको:
मधुमेह (Diabetes)
दम (Asthma) (Preventer inhaler प्रयोग गर्ने), COPD वा अन्य दीर्घकालीन फोक्सोको रोग
दीर्घकालीन मुटु सम्बन्धी रोग
मिर्गौला वा कलेजोको रोग
पार्किन्सन रोग, Motor Neurone रोग वा MS
- Learning disability
(BMI) ४० वा सो भन्दा बढी (अत्यधिक मोटोपना)
- कमजोर (Immune system) भएको वा यस्तो व्यक्तिसँग नजिक सम्पर्कमा हुने, (जस्तै HIV जस्ता रोगका कारण)
१८ वर्षभन्दा माथि र:
- Carer’s allowance पाउने हेरचाहकर्ता, वा ज्येष्ठ वा अशक्त व्यक्तिको मुख्य हेरचाहकर्ता l
- अग्रपंक्तिमा कार्यरत स्वास्थ्यकर्मी (Social care वा Hospice मा कार्यरत), जसको नियोक्ता-नियत Occupational health flu vaccination योजना छैन
- दीर्घकालीन आवासीय देखभाल (Long-stay residential care) मा बस्ने

We Did It – Gurkha 100km Trailwalker 2025

What a journey this has been ;one we will carry in our hearts forever. 💙
100km of sweat, pain, blisters, and aching steps… but also laughter, courage, and unshakable teamwork. Along the way came moments of struggle, moments of doubt, and even tears ; yet each step reminded us why we walk.

This is more than just a finish line. It is a tribute. A living memory. A way of honouring the Gurkhas and their sacrifice, their strength, their spirit.

We, Amrit Thapa Dipen Gurung Purnima Thapa , walked for them. For their blood, their sweat, their unspoken sacrifices.
We walked because we must not forget.

Today, we stand proud as a team ; tired, sore, but deeply grateful.
This memory will stay with us forever.

Dear Team Kurakani Sushma Gurung didi and Dr Bishal Gurung bhai, thank you for walking this journey with me. Working together with you has been both empowering and humbling. You gave me the platform to share my experiences, and together we have amplified voices that matter.

A very special note of appreciation to Dr. Jeet Thokar didi, we have worked side by side for the same cause, reaching out to the Nepali community who needed us the most. Your selfless help and tireless dedication to community inspire me every single day.

Heartfelt thanks to Project Together and GRNC for involving me in every healthcare matter with our Nepali community. Being able to contribute in this way has not only been meaningful, it has also aspired me to do more for those who need us most.
