I am an anusara inspired teacher - Anusara Yoga blends safe, well aligned yoga poses with a positive, life affirming philosophy that will stimulate and motivate you physically, mentally and spirituality, slowly deepening the practice for people who attend regularly without losing the accessibility for beginners. There are different modifications for each movement to suit individual needs. Yoga offers both physical and mental benefits including reducing stress, burning calories, lowering blood pressure and helps to calm the mind. We also have a lot of fun in class, although I am serious about my yoga practice that doesn't mean that there isn't space for laughter!

Im on my holidays celebrating my 27th wedding anniversary (how did that happen ❤️) & this little guy came to say hello! He reminded me of the kung fu panda movies (my brain often links stuff up in weird ways) & I felt the beauty of that moment looking at the praying mantis by a beautiful beach and the moments I spent watching all those movies with my children and how one moment isn’t just one moment it’s always a series of moments that have led to this one - each one to cherish….now im onto to a song (cherish the love..) if you want to come to a yoga class & find a little bit of beauty to cherish each week see my website/bio for details - new class blocks start next week - light, dark & rainbows 🌈

I am an Anusara Elements yoga teacher. If you don’t know what Anusara Yoga is - don’t worry it wont stop you enjoying the class! Anusara is a branch of Hatha yoga that is inspiring and uplifting. There are precise alignment principles that make the practice suitable for students of all levels. I also bring in some yoga philosophy & basics slowly to deepen the practice for people who attend regularly without losing the accessibility for beginners. You can use this yoga practice to create steadiness that will help carry you through life’s challenges, on and off the mat. All that said I’m quite a chatty person & don’t feel yoga should be totally serious- there should definitely be some giggling going on at points!
