✨Maternity Leave✨

A couple of weeks earlier than planned I’m afraid but thank you to all my lovely clients for the well wishes and understanding🙌🏻

Please do contact me if you would like any referrals of other therapists to see whilst I am off work.

As mentioned I haven’t set a return date to work but I will contact regular clients probably around the 6 month mark to do a gradual return up to 9 months where hopefully I will be back to 3 days working (similar to last time)

If any questions then I’m still on the end of the phone🙂

✨Happy New Year✨

Wishing all our wonderful clients a very happy and healthy 2026🙌🏻 We hope you all had a lovely festive period with your loved ones🎄

As always after each year passes I want to say a big thank you for all your continued support throughout 2025!

2026 is my 13th year of being self employed and running my business! I’m so lucky to love what I do and be able to help people learn, grow, reach their goals and take control of their own recovery 🙌🏻

My return to work is planned for Tuesday 6th January for 3 weeks until Thursday 22nd January before going off on maternity leave (pending no hiccups!)

Bookings are open for January so if you’d like an appointment please book asap as things are getting full and I probably will be working at a slightly less capacity.

Maternity post will follow👶🏼

The clinic will be closed over the Christmas period from the 24th December and reopening on the 6th January! 🎄✨

I think my first ever year in 12 years having 2 whole weeks off which will probably be needed before returning for hopefully 3 weeks before maternity leave! 🙌🏻

🎄Christmas Opening Hours🎄

➡️Throughout December the clinic hours are planned to be open as normal (subject to pregnancy etc!)

➡️Our evening appointments are mostly fully booked up to Christmas already so if you want to be put on a cancellation list / if you need an evening appointment then please let me know and I will see if I can open some extra evenings👍🏻

➡️Tuesday 23rd December will be my last working day in clinic before Christmas

➡️Due to how the dates fall this year, weekends, my usual working days and nursery it means I’m not due to be back in clinic until Tuesday 6th January (A whole 2 weeks off is unheard of😂)

….However if you are in need and I’m able to see you in the interim period and I can get cover etc I will 🙂 but the booking system won’t be open officially!

I am hoping to work some of January and will contact clients accordingly! 🙌🏻

It’s been a busy finish to the week in clinic and most of you will notice some Christmas magic starting to creep in🎄🪄

We have a new heated blanket on the couch as the weather is turning❄️ Which has been a hit for the last couple of weeks with clients! 🙌🏻

We also have some little festive treats!🍫🍬

I will be posting very soon about the clinics Christmas hours and also my maternity leave plans/information🙂

The perfect time to share our new look gift vouchers💫🎄

Our vouchers are now available to purchase. They can either be printed and collected in clinic or emailed over to print off, as well as emailing on to friends/family members too!

Our prices are the same as our usual sessions and are a lovely way to treat someone especially if you know they already see me and have regular treatment/sessions.

The vouchers are redeemable against any of our treatments subject to the usual health checks.

🎅🏻✨ Christmas Opening Hours✨🎄

After returning from maternity leave in January it’s been so lovely to have been so busy this year with lots of our lovely regulars and lots of new clients also! 🙌🏻

So first of all a huge huge thank you to everyone who’s visited us at the clinic, who’s recommended us, who’s left a review, who’s engaged with us🙏🏻☺️ We really do appreciate it and being able to help as many of you as possible is always our goal💪🏻

Up until the 19th December we have our normal working hours in the clinic:

Tuesday’s: 9-5pm
Wednesday’s 9-5pm
Thursday’s: 1-9pm (I think we are pretty much fully booked for Thursday evenings up to the 19th!)

There may be one or two left appointments left so please book if you would like one/keep an eye out for cancellations!

I have opened some slots for: Ideally these are open emergency appointment/or only option appointments. If you can use other days please do.

Monday 23rd December: 9-1pm
Tuesday 24th December: 9-12pm

Wednesday 25th through to 1st January the clinic will be closed.

The clinic will be back open on Thursday 2nd January. I will make sure the diary is open so people can book for the New Year!

Although circumstances happen, Christmas is a really busy time and appointments are very sort after so if you do need to cancel/rearrange we need at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else otherwise the full charge of the appointment will be payable. If you are cancelling an evening please give as much notice as possible as we will have clients ready to take these slots/ there is not a guarantee we will have another evening to offer.

I have already opened an extra Monday evening in November which is already full but look out for any extra slots that I may be able to make available🙌🏻
