Our vouchers are now available to purchase. They can either be printed and collected in clinic or emailed over to print off, as well as emailing on to friends/family members too!

Our prices are the same as our usual sessions and are a lovely way to treat someone especially if you know they already see me and have regular treatment/sessions.

🎅🏻✨ Christmas Opening Hours✨🎄

After returning from maternity leave in January it’s been so lovely to have been so busy this year with lots of our lovely regulars and lots of new clients also! 🙌🏻

So first of all a huge huge thank you to everyone who’s visited us at the clinic, who’s recommended us, who’s left a review, who’s engaged with us🙏🏻☺️ We really do appreciate it and being able to help as many of you as possible is always our goal💪🏻

Up until the 19th December we have our normal working hours in the clinic:

Tuesday’s: 9-5pm
Wednesday’s 9-5pm
Thursday’s: 1-9pm (I think we are pretty much fully booked for Thursday evenings up to the 19th!)

There may be one or two left appointments left so please book if you would like one/keep an eye out for cancellations!

I have opened some slots for: Ideally these are open emergency appointment/or only option appointments. If you can use other days please do.

Monday 23rd December: 9-1pm
Tuesday 24th December: 9-12pm

Wednesday 25th through to 1st January the clinic will be closed.

The clinic will be back open on Thursday 2nd January. I will make sure the diary is open so people can book for the New Year!

Although circumstances happen, Christmas is a really busy time and appointments are very sort after so if you do need to cancel/rearrange we need at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else otherwise the full charge of the appointment will be payable. If you are cancelling an evening please give as much notice as possible as we will have clients ready to take these slots/ there is not a guarantee we will have another evening to offer.

I have already opened an extra Monday evening in November which is already full but look out for any extra slots that I may be able to make available🙌🏻

Thank you for all your support

Picking the right therapist to see is always 🔑

But where do you start? There are so many options….. Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Sports Therapists, Soft Tissue Therapists⁉️🫨

Although we provide an ONLINE booking service and lots of our existing clients LOVE this feature as it is so quick and easy.

If you are a new client, you may want something a little different. What if you aren’t quite sure if we can help you?

We offer a FREE 15 minute consultation either in person or ONLINE where we can tell you a bit more about why to see us?

What treatments can offer?

We would like you to tell us what you would like your goal or outcome to be from seeing us?

Perhaps you want to find out if the injury or issue you are dealing with, we are able to help with?

What the next steps are? What will an appointment involve?

Is it serious? How long will recovery take? Telling us about your issue or injury?

These are all things amongst many other things that could be asked or discussed in this consultation.

The session won’t entail a diagnosis without further assessment or giving out rehab plans / quick fixes.

We have several NEW consultations booked@in for this week so if you may be interested put ME🙋‍♀️ in the comments.

Your Rehab Plans📋

we use an app called

Stick drawings were never a thing of mine! Since the beginning I have always invested in this easy to follow/easy to use app that clients absolutely love. Over the last 10 years in practise we have had numerous fab reviews about the app💯

The app has hundreds of set exercises but also has the adaptability to let us practitioners add our own exercises to get creative for clients👊🏻

This means that after your session when we have set some exercises they will be emailed over to you with pictures, videos, descriptions and how many days/times a day to perform them. (Always more than is being done!😂)

This eliminates having to remember everything we’ve told you in session, to make sure you leave with a clear plan as well as having a handy reminder on what you should be doing when you are not in clinic with us👍🏻

There is also a tracking system which clients can fill out on how you are finding the exercises which is great feedback for us. This allows us to tweak or change exercises based on difficulty, pain and progress.

Shockwave Treatment - What is it⁉️

Shockwave is a procedure where sound waves of energy are passed through the skin to the injured part of the body using a special device. The shockwaves are mechanical and not electric and work by increasing blood flow to the injured area. This accelerates the body’s healing process.

What is it used for⁉️

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy treatment (ESWT) is a clinically proven treatment available for patients presenting primarily with chronic tendon disorders.

How many sessions do you need⁉️

The ESWT application lasts about 5 minutes to deliver the shockwave energy and you must attend for 3 sessions over 3 consecutive weeks.

Is it painful⁉️

The treatment itself can be painful during the application of the ESWT. The treatment is delivered according to patient response, if a patient is unable to tolerate the pain levels the settings will adjusted to reduce the discomfort. A mild ache may occur later that day but should pass after a day.

What other things should you be doing alongside/after treatment⁉️

In general, shock wave therapy is thought to provide some symptom relief for about 44% to 80% of people who receive this treatment.

Shock wave therapy for plantar fasciitis is generally considered an effective treatment, according to a 2021 study. Yet the wide range of results shows that it may not work for everyone (I have started my second round now/more on my rehab journey soon!)

SO it is not a fix! And it is key that you still continue working with a therapist to work on reducing your load, managing the pain and working on gradual loading and increasing your tolerance.

Have you had plantar fasciitis⁉️ If so comment your journey in the comments⬇️

Our Story

I Graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and following that began working in the Physiotherapy Department at David Lloyd in Farnham for 5 years as well as setting up my own clinic at Old Thorns Golf & Country Club in Liphook. I was also previously the 1XV Head Therapist at Farnham Rugby Club and as part of this I ran injury clinics for all the club’s other teams including juniors.

I have always been self employed but as of 2018 I wanted to be solely working for my own practise and clinic base which is in Aldershot.

Through these opportunities and through my own experience as a national level junior squash player, I have developed a mutli-dimensional approach to Sports Therapy and Rehabiliation and I have been able to expand my own knowledge in how to assess, treat, manage and rehabilitate a wide range of injuries

To find out how I may be able to help you? Please get in contact.
