Defibrillators mean more shots at life. Gavin is working to make shooting safer by ensuring defibrillators are always part of the sport.

With Scribehound Countryside, he’s highlighted the lifesaving power of early defibrillation and urged clubs, estates, and gun makers to make defibrillators part of their kit.

If he's inspired you to act, use the special code at the end to save on a device for your shoots.

⚡ Did you know that registering your defibrillator with The Circuit could save a life?

The Circuit is the national defibrillator network that maps every defibrillator across the UK. By registering, you ensure that ambulance call handlers know exactly where your device is and how it can be accessed in an emergency.

Registration also means:
✔ Reminders when your defib needs checking
✔ Alerts when pads or batteries need replacing
✔ Notifications if your defib has been used

👉 Make your defibrillator count. Register it today with The Circuit and help create a safer community for everyone: https://www.thecircuit.uk/

We're on the road to boosting out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival - quite literally! From 2026, driving theory tests will include new CPR and defibrillator questions.

This will build on existing first aid content in the test and give drivers the confidence and knowledge to respond in emergencies, especially ones by the roadside or in service areas.

We think this is a fantastic move and a great way to increase the number of people with this life-saving awareness. To learn more about this change, click the link below, and share your thoughts on it in the comments.

⚽ The Lionesses brought it home! Their thrilling final had hearts racing with excitement, but on football pitches across the country, hearts can race for another reason: sudden cardiac arrest.

Everyone deserves a fighting chance in these emergencies. That's why the Premier League has funded more than 2,000 automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for local and smaller football clubs and facilities, and we're proud to support them in this.

Hear how the Premier League Defibrillator Fund is changing lives from Dave, who had his life saved by one of their AEDs.
