Home based setting to allow the time and space to get to know you and treat what's important to you, so that you can get back to what you enjoy most. I offer a 'client centred' approach and I don't offer 'posture checks' as what do they actually tell us? No two people are the same and are bones can be different sizes and lengths. It's all about move more, sit less as long as we can understand this then the better we can feel and benefit from not sitting in the same posture for too long. I am always striving to keep up to date with best practice as information is changing all the time. To keep us all well & healthy, can I ask you to not book an appointment if you have a cold or feel unwell due to close contact as we need to protect each other. So what does massage do?

Appointments are filling up before Christmas, think I can say the C word now as it is the 1st December!

Aches & pains or just feeling a little bit worn out? This time of year can feel a little overwhelming than usual so make sure you carve some ‘you time’, whether it’s a little walk around the block, meeting up with some friends for a coffee or putting your feet up and finish off that book you’ve been wanting to do for some time.

For me, December 1st marks the day on our house when we get a new puzzle out and listen to some tunes on the record deck in the evening.
