🎄🎉🥂 Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2025 🥂🎉🎄
I have now closed for Christmas to spend some very magical times with my family 💙 🎅

This has been an exciting year for Active Recovery: I have enjoyed teaching a whopping 13 Pilates classes every week 🧘, a fun (and always friendly) ‘Walk and Tone’ session on Wednesdays 💪🏻 and of course treating my committed sports therapy patients 💆🏼‍♀️ .

I never take it for granted how lucky I am to enjoy my work and to have wonderful people around me. X
