Hello lovely people!

It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes as I’ve been in the process of moving house — and what a journey it’s been! Now that the boxes are (mostly) unpacked, I’m so excited to shift my focus back to Nordic Necessities and supporting you in feeling your best.

A few weeks ago, I had the joy of cheering on runners and handing out water at the London Marathon — such an inspiring day! Seeing so many people push themselves with determination and heart really lit a fire in me. It reminded me how powerful it is to do something just for your own health and wellbeing. That day gave me the nudge I needed to lace up my own trainers and start the Couch to 5K program.

It’s been a gentle return to movement, but it’s also been a big reminder of how much we all need support — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s a nourishing meal, a kind word, or a restorative massage, these things matter.

So if you’ve been feeling the need for a little reset, some support, or a good dose of self-care, I’m here for you. Let’s reconnect and take care of ourselves — together.

What a fabulous time we had at Weyfest Music Festival! I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone, it’s almost a week ago already!?

I had an amazing time meeting new clients and helping to reduce their pain or discomfort, or sometimes just giving people the much needed space and time for relaxation. I received many positive compliments following my work, but one that has stuck with me was a comment on my ‘healing hands’, reinforcing how massage can be helpful in so many different ways and I feel blessed to be able to work and experience this on a daily basis. 🙌❤️

This is a massive thank you to everyone who came to see me, as well as the other therapists, at the Wellbeing area. Thank you for taking your time to get a treatment or to just stop and talk to us.

The wellbeing area is set up and we can’t wait to see you. Come and relax and have a treatment, or two, in between all the other fun things to do 😘

This year, 15-18th of August, I will be working at Weyfest Music Festival Well Being Area, with many other talented practitioners.
I will be offering my usual ‘Jing Fusion’ massage so not just Swedish massage, although, being Swedish I guess it’s correct 😉Bookings can be made on site.
