Hello lovely people!
It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes as I’ve been in the process of moving house — and what a journey it’s been! Now that the boxes are (mostly) unpacked, I’m so excited to shift my focus back to Nordic Necessities and supporting you in feeling your best.
A few weeks ago, I had the joy of cheering on runners and handing out water at the London Marathon — such an inspiring day! Seeing so many people push themselves with determination and heart really lit a fire in me. It reminded me how powerful it is to do something just for your own health and wellbeing. That day gave me the nudge I needed to lace up my own trainers and start the Couch to 5K program.
It’s been a gentle return to movement, but it’s also been a big reminder of how much we all need support — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s a nourishing meal, a kind word, or a restorative massage, these things matter.
So if you’ve been feeling the need for a little reset, some support, or a good dose of self-care, I’m here for you. Let’s reconnect and take care of ourselves — together.
