I first discovered Reiki in 2001 and immediately became attuned. I was struggling to conceive and found this wonderful hands on healing helped not only relax me but focus my attention on something amazing. I did regular self healing and eventually had my two beautiful children. I then discovered Reiki Siechem, which brings in the other elements alongside the Earth Reiki. Once attuned I realised I’d discovered what had been missing! Reiki Siechem completed me and I knew I would go on to teach this wonderful healing system. I’ve been registered with RASA as a Master Teacher since 2016.
What is Reiki? - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self-healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not.

I also off Egyptian Cartouche Reading/Healing. Egyptian Cartouche Healing is a gentle, enlightening, relaxing therapy that creates a feeling of balance and wellbeing. This treatment, begins with a short card reading on the areas of your life you’d like some clarification on, work, love, relationship, finances, property, emotions etc using the Egyptian Cartouche card deck. The Cartouche acts as a bridge between the mundane world and the higher spheres, allowing you to connect with your Higher Self and spirit guides. We then use this information from the reading to tailor a healing session using the energies of the Egyptian Cartouche archetypes, in conjunction with Reiki & Seichem. A treatment will help to restore vitality and energy and assist in self recovery. You will then be given a copy of the cards used in the healing to continue your healing at home.
