It’s been a while, hasn’t it?
During the festive period, Rachel and I created the 5 Gold Rings in order to help instil a sense of internal peace and calm within such a chaotic time frame, known as Christmas!!
Within the 5 Rings mandate we covered, Finance, Time, Health, Connection and Mindfulness all of which are fundamental to helping us get through our day-to-day lives.
I wonder how many of you are still looking back at these posts in order to maintain a better sense of wellbeing and if not, why not.
Regardless of the New Year and all the hope and aspirations it brings, how many of us have really tried to change our lives in ways that can enhance our daily wellbeing?
It’s not easy, is it? Even Rachel and I have found it difficult to update you as often as we should, but going back over the 5 Gold Rings has served to inspire us once more, and create a further set of useful tips to make us all feel better as we come on to the next set of external events that we cannot escape from, i.e. Mother’s Day and Easter.
The world itself is in turmoil, so the least we can do, is stick to our guns and get out there, in order that whatever is going on, outside of us, we are in control of our own lives and thus creating the peace and happiness that we all deserve.
With that said, watch this space, the next sessions will be coming soon.
