This is a calling to all those adventurers out there.
Those with a wanderlust & who dare to combine it with their spiritual awakening.
This is a journey of self-discovery through immersion in a culture steeped in rich tradition and filled with awakened hearts.

Travelling through the world’s happiest nation, immersed in the magnificent Himalayas, we will breathe the clean air and follow in the footsteps of gurus.

This sacred country welcomes you in March 2027 to participate in joyful festivals, sacred ceremony, to hike the magnificent vistas and also to practice yoga and meditation with myself.

〰️〰️ S Y N C H R O N I C I T Y 〰️〰️

coincidence, jinx, parallels - whatever you want to call these mini miracles in life, we can’t deny synchronicity happens.

And the more we look for them the more we find. The more the divine feels our energy shift into trust in the universe and it’s offering The more we find the more miracles occur. Synchronicity is prayer in action.

receive the wisdom of clean nutrition & mindful eating

Thurs 16th Sept 7-9pm
Farnham, Surrey

👭🏻 Join Victoria & Tara for an evening of insight as we embody mindful eating with nutritional awareness.

🧘🏻 The evening will begin with a guided grounding exercise with Victoria to settle into your body and quieten your mind for the evening ahead.

🥗 Once the mind has stilled, Tara will share her expertise in clean nutrition covering a balanced diet, food groups and sharing easy to recreate recipes.

🥤 During the workshop you can sample drinks & nibbles to inspire you and you will even make your own healthy treat.

🧚 To conclude, Victoria will guide you with ways to consume mindfully & joyfully, making food preparation & consumption a pleasure not a chore.

My journey into teaching was an unplanned one. I underwent yoga teacher training to further my own knowledge. In the process of doing so I needed to teach classes to complete the course. Studios I taught at encouraged me to go onto teach. I thought I would, just while my kids were in school. Nearly 10 years later, I have my Tiny Temple and a good sized community. What a gift.
This journey has been a constant learning for me. Learning on my training, learning as I share my passion, learning from my community - forever learning.
I always say that if learning were to stop, then being a human would be boring.
So thank you to all of those who continue to inspire me from my community to other teachers to the books I read and what goes on inside my mind and body when I practice.
Keep your mind open every day, to not knowing it all, to growth and curiosity.
You’ll be continually be amazed 🪄✨

1 week until my 11th day retreat - ELEVATE!
ONLY 2 SPACES LEFT!

Journey with me on a day of practices to revitalise your body, mind & soul. Feel uplifted & positive as you step forward into summer & a more radiant you. On our Elevate day retreat you will raise your vibration and increase your energy levels. It will be a special day of connection with one another but most importantly yourself as living from authenticity sparks an unrivalled energy.

We will journey through an energising hatha yoga practice, deep guided meditation and soul-led teachings. There will be the opportunity to share spiritual views and take part in self-exploration practices. We will participate in a mini cacao circle and enjoy the uplifting boost that nature offers from this bean. Wonderful Holly will lead us in Kirtan chanting raising our voices and rousing our spirits. And we will conclude with an invigorating wild swim (or dip) to send a wave of dopamine through our beings!

Insane vegetarian food & snacks and cacao is included.

I N F U S I O N 🧪🧘🏻‍♂️🪄✨

What a gorgeous evening shared with beautiful souls.

Stepping forward & out of your comfort zone is where we come alive & magic happens. I’m so proud of my talented friend Heather for sharing her gifts.

We began the evening with some hello’s.

I then led a short body scan and anapanasati meditation, focusing on the breath as an anchor.

Heather then shared her wisdom with humour as she taught us all about the emotional benefits of aromatherapy using essential oils. We made our own Meditation Mists blending the scents that soothed us most.

I then shared a simple breathing technique to use alongside the mist to lead us into sleep.

What a magical evening it was. I am always so grateful to be able to share these experiences with those I love and respect most in this life. 🙏🏼🤍👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼

Shiva to half moon 🌓

Shiva pose isn’t one that is widely taught, but it’s one that I really love. This revolved version transitioning into half moon requires all the focus and standing leg strength. You know I love a standing balance challenge!

Join me at the tiny temple this month if you fancy being guided through this play.

Each and every month I design a new sequence, always full of creative adaptations to traditional Asana and thoughtful ways to transition between them. We have loads of laughs at ourselves reminding us exactly what life’s about!
